An\u00ebtaret e RRGGK gjithashtu cek\u00ebn se ligji mbi sh\u00ebrbimet sociale nuk zbatohet n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi, dhe se strehimoret nuk jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb buxhetin e konsoliduar t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Ato gjithashtu informuan ministrin se Departamenti i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb i UNMIK-ut \u00ebsht\u00eb i obliguar me ligj q\u00eb t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrkrah rastet q\u00eb arrijn\u00eb n\u00eb strehimore, q\u00eb rrjedhimisht do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se Institucionet e P\u00ebrkohshme t\u00eb Vet\u00ebqeverisjes dhe UNMIK-u jan\u00eb duke i shfryt\u00ebzuar sh\u00ebrbimet e strehimoreve pa i ndihmuar ata financiarisht.<\/p>\n
Ministri Selmanaj tha se institucionet jan\u00eb t\u00eb gatshme p\u00ebr t\u2019i ndihmuar ato, por \u00e7\u00ebshtja k\u00ebrkon p\u00ebrkushtim nga t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt.
