{"id":3339824,"date":"2019-04-15T08:39:12","date_gmt":"2019-04-15T08:39:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/?p=3339824"},"modified":"2019-04-15T09:56:16","modified_gmt":"2019-04-15T09:56:16","slug":"reaktor-promovon-raportin-me-te-ri-mbi-diskriminimin-me-baze-gjinore-dhe-punesimin-ne-maqedonine-e-veriut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/sq\/reaktor-promovon-raportin-me-te-ri-mbi-diskriminimin-me-baze-gjinore-dhe-punesimin-ne-maqedonine-e-veriut\/","title":{"rendered":"Reactor promovon raportin e ri mbi Diskriminimin me Baz\u00eb Gjinore dhe Pun\u00ebsimin n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>M\u00eb 11 prill n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn Informative t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian n\u00eb Shkup, <a href=\"http:\/\/reactor.org.mk\/Default.aspx\">Reactor &#8211; Hulumtim n\u00eb Veprim<\/a> <em>(Reactor &#8211; Research in Action)<\/em> ka promovuar raportin e ri hulumtues p\u00ebr Diskriminimin me Baz\u00eb Gjinore dhe Pun\u00ebsimin n\u00eb Maqedonin\u00eb e Veriut.<\/p>\n<p>Raporti analizon mang\u00ebsit\u00eb n\u00eb kuadrin ligjor i cili trajton diskriminin gjinor dhe t\u00eb drejtat n\u00eb pun\u00ebsim; p\u00ebrhapjen dhe natyr\u00ebn e diskriminimit gjinor n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs, shkall\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn njer\u00ebzit kan\u00eb paraqitur ankesa; trajtimin institucional t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre rasteve; si dhe p\u00ebrmban rekomandime p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e korniz\u00ebs ekzistuese ligjore, praktikave dhe mekanizmave institucional p\u00ebr mbrojtjen ndaj diskriminimit gjinor n\u00eb pun\u00ebsim si dhe n\u00eb qasjen n\u00eb pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjeturat e k\u00ebtij studimi tregojn\u00eb se diskriminimi me baz\u00eb gjinore ndikon m\u00eb shum\u00eb te grat\u00eb se q\u00eb ndikon te burrat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cP\u00ebr t\u00eb mos e humbur pun\u00ebn, isha e detyruar t\u00eb kthehem n\u00eb pun\u00eb 14 dit\u00eb pas lindjes.\u201d \u201cN\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb pune m\u00eb than\u00eb se puna q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb ata nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nga grat\u00eb, sepse grat\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb pak intelegjente se burrat.\u201d \u201cN\u00eb pozit\u00ebn e njejt\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, me t\u00eb njejtat p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi si dhe me t\u00eb njejtin nivel t\u00eb shkollimit, un\u00eb kam fituar 3,000 denar\u00eb m\u00eb pak se koleg\u00ebt e mi burra.\u201d \u2013 k\u00ebto jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm disa nga d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e pun\u00ebtoreve gra t\u00eb anketuara n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb hulumtim.<\/p>\n<p>Diskriminimi gjinor me t\u00eb cilin grat\u00eb p\u00ebrballen n\u00eb pun\u00eb duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb i nxitur nga seksizmi dhe stereotipet gjinore, t\u00eb cilat sygjerojn\u00eb se \u201cRolet riprodhuese dhe kujdestare, si dhe kujdesi ndaj sht\u00ebpis\u00eb i tyre [grave] bien ndesh me ambientin e pun\u00ebs, si dhe p\u00ebrceptohen nga menaxher\u00ebt dhe pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit si pengesa p\u00ebr zhvillimin e karrier\u00ebs si dhe p\u00ebrparimin. Shtat\u00ebzania mbetet nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje e rrezikshme n\u00eb karrier\u00eb dhe grat\u00eb shpesh her\u00eb detyrohen t\u00eb zgjedhin nd\u00ebrmjet karrier\u00ebs dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebve &#8211; vendim ky i cili nganj\u00ebher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i paracaktuar p\u00ebr to nga pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit. Vet\u00ebm sepse jan\u00eb gra, ato nd\u00ebshkohen me pozita m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta t\u00eb pun\u00ebs (barriera n\u00eb ngritjet n\u00eb pozit\u00eb) si dhe me paga m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta krahasuar me burrat.<\/p>\n<p>Gjetjet e studimit tregojn\u00eb se vet\u00ebm pak raste t\u00eb diskriminimit gjinor ndaj grave n\u00eb pun\u00eb jan\u00eb raportuar te mekanizmat e ndrysh\u00ebm q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb parandalimit dhe mbrojtjes nga diskriminimi.<\/p>\n<p>Institucionet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr trajtimin e diskriminimit gjinor n\u00eb pun\u00eb kan\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave p\u00ebr p\u00ebrhapjen e k\u00ebtij diskriminimi.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk mund t\u00eb dihet sa me sakt\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrhapur diskriminimi me baz\u00eb gjinore, kjo p\u00ebr shkak se rastet shpesh her\u00eb mund t\u00eb mos raportohen.
