Nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh\u00eb i k\u00ebtyre p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues\u00ebve u\ntrajnuan mbi tema si: Modelet e struktur\u00ebs gjinore, integrimi i buxhetimit\ngjinor si dhe mjetet standarde t\u00eb buxhetimit gjinor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Latife\nNeziri, Konsulente e Trajnimit, theksoi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e p\u00ebrfshirjes se grave dhe\nburrave n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fazat e procesit t\u00eb vendimmarrjes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBuxhetimi\ngjinor \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb e buxhetit nga prespektiva gjinore, ku rezultojn\u00eb\ndallime p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket ndikimit t\u00eb tij te burrat dhe grat\u00eb\u201d, tha Neziri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb 18\nqershor, EULOC organizoi nj\u00eb tryez\u00eb ku prezantoi raportin e hulumtimit me\nrekomandime. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb panel diskutues ishin zyrtar\u00eb komunal, si dhe\np\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga organizata Euloc, Florim Brahimi, Drejtor ekzekutiv i\norganizat\u00ebs EULOC, Latife Neziri, Trajnere e projektit, si dhe Melihate Osmani,\nMenaxhere n\u00eb organizat\u00ebn EULOC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/105708831_4205899802784100_1252342035117652105_n-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3347588\" srcset=\"https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/105708831_4205899802784100_1252342035117652105_n-1.jpg 720w, https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/105708831_4205899802784100_1252342035117652105_n-1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/105708831_4205899802784100_1252342035117652105_n-1-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultatet nga Hulumtimi u prezantuan\nnga Florim Brahimi ku u paraqit\u00ebn n\u00eb form\u00eb grafike t\u00eb gjeturat nga anketimi i\nb\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb 11 fshatra t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Vitis\u00eb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSipas takimeve me grupe te ndryshme,\n\u00ebsht\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb rekomandimi q\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb gra dhe t\u00eb rinj t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb\nkomitete t\u00eb ndryshme komunale n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb z\u00ebri i tyre t\u00eb mund\nt\u00eb d\u00ebgjohet m\u00eb shum\u00eb\u201d.&nbsp; tha Brahimi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koordinatorja e projektit, Melihate Osmani, shtoi se n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb\nk\u00ebtij hulumtimi jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb 200 anketues (gra dhe burra) t\u00eb rastit n\u00ebp\u00ebr\nfshatra t\u00eb vegj\u00ebl si: Viti, Smir\u00eb, Pozheran , Drobesh, Begunc\u00eb , Fshati Ri ,\nKabash , V\u00ebrban , Skifteraj, T\u00ebrpez\u00eb, Binc\u00eb, p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs N\u00ebntor 2019-\nJanar 2020.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKy hulumtim anketues n\u00eb fokus kishte barazin\u00eb gjinore,\nperfaq\u00ebsimin gjinor si dhe fuqizimin ekonomik t\u00eb grave. Nga rrezultatet e marra\nna mbetet t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb se qytetar\u00ebt e Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Vitis\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb shum\u00eb njohuri\nn\u00eb k\u00ebto fusha. Andaj edhe ne si organizat\u00eb v\u00ebrejm\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn e vazhdimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij\nprojekti p\u00ebr nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirje sa m\u00eb korrekte gjinore, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e\ndomosdoshme\u201d. tha Osmani&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00eb gjeturat e k\u00ebtij projekti si dhe rekomandimet e\nmarra nga trajnimet e organizuara mund t\u2019i gjeni n\u00eb&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1HpEZMt60gMvf3WSR13spbikrdmD9iHyeQs5ueZQXKtw\/edit?fbclid=IwAR2nLYSiDD1cDUD4pyCkKxBDFy3WO6kVOiBP9785DZDQcC0lxmOT_MVVjEY\">raportin\ne&nbsp;Organizat\u00ebs p\u00ebr Reforma Lokale EULOC&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo&nbsp;nism\u00eb&nbsp;mb\u00ebshtetet nga Fondi i Grave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (FGK)\ndhe financohet nga Zyra e Bashkimit Evropian (BE) n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 organizat\u00ebs EULOC, p\u00ebrfituese nga raundi i 13-t\u00eb i FGK-s\u00eb jan\u00eb edhe 17 organizata t\u00eb tjera an\u00ebtare.
