Megjithat\u00eb, disa mbivendosje dhe paqart\u00ebsi k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb trajtim.<\/li><li>Shumica e grave dhe burrave t\u00eb anketuar jan\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se diskriminimi gjinor \u00ebsht\u00eb i paligjsh\u00ebm. P\u00ebrderisa vet\u00ebdijesimi duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur q\u00eb nga viti 2018, njohuria se ku t\u00eb raportohet diskriminimi me baz\u00eb gjinore ka mbetur e ul\u00ebt. Disa e dinin se nj\u00eb diskriminim i till\u00eb duhet t\u00eb raportohet tek pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit ose Inspektorati i Pun\u00ebs, p\u00ebrderisa nj\u00eb pakic\u00eb kan\u00eb ditur p\u00ebr institucionet e tjera q\u00eb merren me raste t\u00eb tilla.<\/li><li>Institucioneve p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr trajtimin e diskriminimit me baz\u00eb gjinore n\u00eb pun\u00eb u kan\u00eb munguar t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr prevalenc\u00ebn e saj. Duhet t\u00eb mund\u00ebsohet edhe shtimi i numrit t\u00eb inspektor\u00ebve n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs,\u201d tha Rogova duke iu b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb diskriminuar q\u00eb t\u00eb raportojn\u00eb rastet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AnnaCarin Platon, Shefe e Sektorit Politik, Ekonomik, p\u00ebr Integrime Evropiane dhe p\u00ebr Komunikim me Media n\u00eb Zyr\u00ebn e Bashkimit Evropian n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb tha se duhet q\u00eb t\u00eb analizohen rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt dhe shkaqet e diskriminimit. Sfidat, pengesat dhe diskriminimi i shprehur ne k\u00ebto fusha u shp\u00ebrfaq me shume n\u00eb vitin e kaluar.
