Ftojm\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha organizatat an\u00ebtare t\u00eb cilat kontribuojn\u00eb <strong>n\u00eb avancimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb grave dhe vajzave dhe barazis\u00eb gjinore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb<\/strong> q\u00eb t\u00eb dor\u00ebzojn\u00eb aplikacionet p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb thirrje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetja organizative?<a href=\"#_ftn1\" id=\"_ftnref1\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mb\u00ebshtetja organizative (mb\u00ebshtetje e buxhetit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, mb\u00ebshtetje thelb\u00ebsore, ose financim i pakusht\u00ebzuar) n\u00ebnkupton financimin fleksibil, dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb organizate p\u00ebr t&#8217;i mund\u00ebsuar asaj q\u00eb t\u00eb realizoj\u00eb planin dhe synimet e tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme strategjike. Ky lloj i mb\u00ebshtetjes dallon nga financimi i ofruar p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb projekti t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, i cili duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr objektiva dhe aktivitete specifike (shpesh i njohur edhe si \u201cfinancimi i kusht\u00ebzuar\u201d sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201ci kusht\u00ebzuar\u201d me nj\u00eb aktivitet t\u00eb caktuar dhe nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb tjera). Ekzistojn\u00eb disa p\u00ebrkufizime t\u00eb shprehjes mb\u00ebshtetje organizative. N\u00eb parim, mb\u00ebshtetja organizative do t\u00eb thot\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje p\u00ebr realizimin e strategjis\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme, shpenzimet operative dhe administrative t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs. N\u00eb vend q\u00eb nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb procedurat e donator\u00ebve, mb\u00ebshtetja organizative zakonisht i lejon organizat\u00ebs t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb procedurat e veta p\u00ebr auditim, prokurorim dhe raportim. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrimit te kostot, mb\u00ebshtetja organizative p\u00ebrqendrohet n\u00eb rezultatet e arritura. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, organizata (dhe jo donatori) vendos se cilat rezultatet do arrihen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebshtu, mb\u00ebshtetja organizative kontribuon n\u00eb \u00e7do kosto q\u00eb ka organizata, drejt realizimit t\u00eb q\u00ebllimeve strategjike. Kjo mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb, por jo domosdoshm\u00ebrisht t\u00eb kufizohet n\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Shpenzimet e p\u00ebrgjithshme, administrative ose shpenzimet e &nbsp;p\u00ebrgjithshme organizative, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb personelin;<\/li><li>Zbatimin e planit strategjik t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs;<\/li><li>Avokimin, ashtu si\u00e7 p\u00ebrcaktohet nga vet organizata an\u00ebtare;<\/li><li>Zhvillimin dhe ngritjen e kapaciteteve t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u00ebrse mb\u00ebshtetja organizative?<a href=\"#_ftn2\" id=\"_ftnref2\"><strong>[2]<\/strong><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka disa arsye p\u00ebrse RrGK beson se mb\u00ebshtetja organizative \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme dhe p\u00ebrpiqet t\u2019ia ofroj\u00eb at\u00eb organizatave an\u00ebtare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>RrGK u beson aktivist\u00ebve:<\/strong> Ne besojm\u00eb se aktivist\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e grave i din\u00eb m\u00eb s\u00eb miri nevojat e komuniteteve t\u00eb tyre, prandaj duhet t\u00eb vendosin se si ti shpenzojn\u00eb fondet.<strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Fokusi n\u00eb prioritete: <\/strong>Ne besojm\u00eb se mb\u00ebshtetja organizative u ofron organizatave m\u00eb shum\u00eb kontroll mbi m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e kanalizimit t\u00eb fondeve, duke siguruar q\u00eb fondet t\u00eb ndahen p\u00ebr prioritetet dhe n\u00eb rajonet gjeografike q\u00eb shpesh anashkalohen nga donator\u00ebt. <strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebria dhe ngritja e kapaciteteve: <\/strong>Mb\u00ebshtetja organizative u mund\u00ebson&nbsp; organizatave t\u00eb ngrisin kapacitetet e tyre t\u00eb brendshme organizative dhe t\u00eb stafit t\u00eb tyre. Kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtetjes u mund\u00ebson dhe t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb ndryshime afatgjata n\u00eb komunitetet e tyre sesa aktivitetet <em>ad hoc<\/em>. Gjithashtu u mund\u00ebson ti p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsojn\u00eb sistemet e tyre organizative p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen, p\u00ebr q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebri m\u00eb afatgjat\u00eb.<\/li><li><strong>Fleksibiliteti:<\/strong> Mb\u00ebshtetja organizative u siguron organizatave an\u00ebtare fleksibilitetin p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjekur prioritetet e tyre dhe zvog\u00eblon ngarkes\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs administrative lidhur me k\u00ebrkesat specifike t\u00eb donator\u00ebve lidhur me zbatimin e projekteve. Mb\u00ebshtetja organizative mund ti p\u00ebrshtatet ndryshimit t\u00eb prioriteteve n\u00eb terren n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rrethanat, t\u00eb tilla si ndryshimet e grupeve t\u00eb synuara, fush\u00ebveprimit, sh\u00ebndetit dhe\/ose rrethanat politike. <strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Pavar\u00ebsia:<\/strong> Mb\u00ebshtetja organizative u mund\u00ebson organizatave t\u00eb zbatojn\u00eb strategjit\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur dhe t\u00eb jen\u00eb m\u00eb pak t\u00eb nxitura nga donator\u00ebt.<strong><\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Ndikimi m\u00eb i gjer\u00eb: <\/strong>Hulumtimi yn\u00eb tregon se mb\u00ebshtetja organizative u lejon organizatave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile t\u00eb grave t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohen m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb ndikim sesa n\u00eb mbijetes\u00eb. Mb\u00ebshtetja organizative kursen koh\u00ebn e aktivisteve p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb fondeve dhe raportim, koh\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn mund ta p\u00ebrdorin drejt arritj\u00ebs s\u00eb ndryshimeve afatgjata n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Shpenzimet e papranueshme<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke pasur parasysh k\u00ebrkesat nga donator\u00ebt e RrGK-s\u00eb, mb\u00ebshtetja organizative nuk duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr blerjen e pron\u00ebs, tokave ose nd\u00ebrtesave. Blerja e pajisjeve mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet vet\u00ebm me aprovim nga RrGK dhe me kusht q\u00eb ky t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb q\u00ebllimi kryesor i veprimit q\u00eb ju parashihni n\u00eb aplikacion. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast m\u00ebnyra se si pajisjet do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren dhe asgj\u00ebsohen pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb dokumentohet. Granti nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret p\u00ebr: borxhet dhe tarifat e lidhura me sh\u00ebrbim; provizionet p\u00ebr humbjet; detyrimet e mundshme n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen; provizionet; kostot e udh\u00ebtimit p\u00ebr biletat t\u00eb aeroplanit t\u00eb klasit t\u00eb biznesit ose klasit t\u00eb par\u00eb; kredit\u00eb p\u00ebr pal\u00ebt e treta; m\u00ebditje shtes\u00eb, t\u00eb tilla si m\u00ebditje p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrje n\u00eb takime apo m\u00ebditjet p\u00ebr stafin pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs\/fol\u00ebsit n\u00eb pun\u00ebtori; dhe p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrje ose mb\u00ebshtetjen e partive, grupeve, l\u00ebvizjeve ose fushatave politike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NDARJA E GRANTEVE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Grantet t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb ndahen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb raund p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetje organizative do t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahen nga iniciativa e RrGK financuar nga ky donator:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Trusti Sigrid Rausing n\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn \u20ac120,000;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MADH\u00cbSIA DHE KOH\u00cbZGJATJA E GRANTEVE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>RrGK parasheh t\u00eb ndaj t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn dymb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb (12) grante n\u00eb vler\u00eb maksimale prej 10,000\u20ac secili. Iniciativat pritet t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb rreth 1 qershor 2023 dhe nga momenti i n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs mund t\u00eb zgjasin maksimalisht deri n\u00eb shtat\u00eb (6) muaj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar jo m\u00eb von\u00eb se 30 n\u00ebntor 2023. &nbsp;RrGK rezervon t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb financoj\u00eb disa apo asnj\u00eb nga aplikacionet e paraqitura, si dhe t\u2019i diskutoj me organizatat aplikuese alokimin e aktiviteteve sipas nevoj\u00ebs duke mos dal\u00ebjasht\u00eb kategorive t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendura. Vendimi final do t\u00eb merret nga Komisioni p\u00ebr Vler\u00ebsimin e Granteve (KVG) i FGK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">KUSHTET E P\u00cbRZGJEDHJES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Organizatat q\u00eb aplikojn\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushin kriteret e m\u00ebposhtme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>T\u00eb jen\u00eb an\u00ebtare zyrtare t\u00eb RrGK-s\u00eb;<\/li><li>T\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb fokusuara n\u00eb fuqizimin e grave dhe\/ose n\u00eb avancimin e barazis\u00eb gjinore;<\/li><li>T\u00eb mos ken\u00eb an\u00ebtare t\u00eb stafit q\u00eb jan\u00eb aktualisht pjes\u00eb e bordit t\u00eb RrGK-s\u00eb, ose KVG-s\u00eb.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>KVG do t&#8217;i jap\u00eb p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi financimit organizatave q\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kan\u00eb nj\u00eb strategji t\u00eb artikuluar qart\u00eb ose q\u00ebllime strategjike si organizat\u00eb, n\u00eb drejtim&nbsp; t\u00eb fuqizimit t\u00eb grave dhe\/ose avancimit t\u00eb barazis\u00eb gjinore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, n\u00ebse nuk keni nj\u00eb strategji t\u00eb shkruar, n\u00eb form\u00ebn p\u00ebr aplikim mund t\u00eb shkruani me pak fjali q\u00ebllimet strategjike;<\/li><li>Kan\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb fondeve p\u00ebr zbatimin e strategjis\u00eb apo pikave t\u00eb caktuara strategjike<\/li><li>K\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb sjellin ndryshime afatgjata n\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahjen, mbrojtjen dhe promovimin e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb grave dhe barazis\u00eb gjinore n\u00eb nivel lokal dhe\/ose qendror (p.sh. organizatat q\u00eb synojn\u00eb t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb rezultate t\u00eb prekshme dhe t\u00eb dukshme si: n\u00eb legjislacione t\u00eb reja, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve shtet\u00ebrore p\u00ebr grat\u00eb, p\u00ebr buxhetet komunale m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjshme ndaj nevojave t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb grave, etj.);<\/li><li>Kan\u00eb synime strategjike q\u00eb do t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb zbatimin e Strategjis\u00eb s\u00eb RrGK-s\u00eb p\u00ebr vitet 2023-2026, e krijuar nga an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e RrGK p\u00ebr t\u00eb adresuar s\u00eb bashku pabarazit\u00eb kryesore gjinore q\u00eb ato i identifikuan n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb;<\/li><li>Shpjegojn\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb aplikacionin e tyre se si mb\u00ebshtetja organizative do t&#8217;u mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb atyre t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb q\u00ebllimet strategjike t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre;<\/li><li>Kan\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsi t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe\/ose p\u00ebrfituesit t\u00eb cil\u00ebs i sh\u00ebrben organizata;<\/li><li>Raportojn\u00eb rregullisht tek p\u00ebrfituesit, an\u00ebtar\u00ebsia dhe\/ose bordi i tyre n\u00eb lidhje me arritjet drejt realizimit t\u00eb q\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb tyre strategjike, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb e parapar\u00eb n\u00eb statutin e tyre;<\/li><li>K\u00ebrkojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive p\u00ebrfshirjen e grave dhe vajzave t\u00eb ndryshme, duke mb\u00ebshtetur dhe\/ose p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb persona me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndryshme, grupe etnike t\u00eb minoriteteve, nga vendet rurale, t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb dhe\/ose personat e margjinalizuar n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tyre;<\/li><li>Paraqesin nj\u00eb buxhet t\u00eb plot\u00eb organizativ p\u00ebr vitin 2022 dhe 2023 bazuar n\u00eb financimin e siguruar dhe financimin e k\u00ebrkuar; aplikacioni duhet t\u00eb shpjegoj\u00eb qart\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si p\u00ebrdorimi i fondeve do t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb buxhetin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs <em>[Ju lutemi vini re: buxheti organizativ \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb buxhet q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin t\u00eb gjitha shpenzimet ekzistuese dhe t\u00eb parashikuara t\u00eb organizat\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb stafin, veprimet dhe aktivitetet e planifikuara p\u00ebr at\u00eb periudh\u00eb, drejt arritjes s\u00eb q\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb saj strategjike]<\/em>. N\u00eb buxhet duhet t\u00eb paraqiten kolonat q\u00eb tregojn\u00eb fondet q\u00eb organizata ka siguruar, fondet q\u00eb pret, dhe fondet q\u00eb duhet siguruar p\u00ebr realizimin e q\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr at\u00eb vit. Stafi i RrGK \u00ebsht\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb ofroj p\u00ebrkrahje an\u00ebtar\u00ebve n\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e k\u00ebtij dokumenti, n\u00eb rast nevoje;<\/li><li>D\u00ebshmojn\u00eb se si e monitorojn\u00eb dhe vler\u00ebsojn\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tyre dhe si planifikojn\u00eb ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen;<\/li><li>U mungojn\u00eb mund\u00ebsi tjera t\u00eb sigurimit t\u00eb fondeve nga donator\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm; dhe<\/li><li>D\u00ebshmojn\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb n\u00eb zbatimin e suksessh\u00ebm t\u00eb grantit t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur nga FGK n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PROCEDURAT E APLIKIMIT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aplikacionet mund t\u00eb dor\u00ebzohen n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, serbe ose angleze.
