Meha ndau gjetjet kryesore nga hulumtimi i ardhsh\u00ebm i RrGK-s\u00eb mbi edukimin seksual dhe barazin\u00eb gjinore n\u00eb arsimin parauniversitar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meha theksoi se shkollat vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb riprodhojn\u00eb stereotipe gjinore p\u00ebrmes gjuh\u00ebs dhe ilustrimeve n\u00eb tekstet shkollore, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se stereotipet q\u00eb shfaqen n\u00eb tekstet shkollore n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb e kan\u00eb burimin dhe jan\u00eb t\u00eb dukshme q\u00eb n\u00eb nivelet e hershme t\u00eb arsimit. Edhe pse shum\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs shprehin interes p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur praktika m\u00ebsimore t\u00eb ndjeshme gjinore, atyre u ka munguar trajnimi i mjaftuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar kapacitetet e tyre. Duke n\u00ebnvizuar r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit si individ, Meha u shpreh se, ndon\u00ebse politikat vijn\u00eb nga nivele m\u00eb t\u00eb larta, \u201cindivid\u00ebt e b\u00ebjn\u00eb ndryshimin\u201d. Ajo theksoi nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb trajnime p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, mb\u00ebshtetje m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme institucionale dhe udh\u00ebzime t\u00eb qarta p\u00ebr zbatimin e pjes\u00ebve specifike t\u00eb kurrikulave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tema ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht sfiduese q\u00eb trajtohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pamjaftueshme n\u00eb shum\u00eb shkolla p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb bullizmin dhe ngacmimin, si edhe edukimin seksual, t\u00eb cilat shpesh mbeten tabu. Megjith\u00ebse edukimi seksual \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00ebrisht i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt si Biologjia, m\u00ebsimet shpesh fokusohen kryesisht n\u00eb aspektet fizike, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb pas dore dimensionet psikologjike dhe shoq\u00ebrore. Trajtimi i k\u00ebtyre temave mbetet i fragmentuar ku shum\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs anashkalojn\u00eb disa pjes\u00eb t\u00eb kurrikul\u00ebs ose i l\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr studim n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi. Kjo ndodh\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak se m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit nuk ndihen t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr t\u2019i adresuar ato dhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb normave m\u00eb t\u00eb gjera kulturore q\u00eb ekzistojn\u00eb edhe jasht\u00eb klas\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meha solli si shembull nj\u00eb trajnim p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb organizuar nga RrGK-ja n\u00eb vitin 2024. Pas trajnimit, u realizuan v\u00ebzhgime n\u00eb klas\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar ndryshimet n\u00eb qasjet e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies. T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat treguan rritje t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijes dhe gatishm\u00ebri m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve p\u00ebr t\u00eb trajtuar temat e barazis\u00eb gjinore dhe edukimit seksual. Edhe pse nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb e vetme e trajnimit nuk mjafton p\u00ebr ndryshim t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm, k\u00ebto rezultate theksojn\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e moduleve m\u00eb t\u00eb gjata dhe t\u00eb dedikuara t\u00eb trajnimit, t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruara me monitorim dhe mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb vazhdueshme. Meha theksoi se trajnimet mbi normat gjinore dhe pedagogjin\u00eb transformuese gjinore duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhen pjes\u00eb e detyrueshme e kualifikimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNga d\u00ebshmit\u00eb te veprimi, kurrikulat e qarta, trajnimi i m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe mjediset mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb mund t\u2019i kthejn\u00eb gjetjet e hulumtimeve n\u00eb praktik\u00eb n\u00eb klas\u00eb\u201d, theksoi Meha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengesa t\u00eb tjera ndaj arsimit gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb barabart\u00eb, t\u00eb evidentuara gjat\u00eb pun\u00ebtoris\u00eb si dhe n\u00eb raportin e ardhsh\u00ebm t\u00eb RrGK-s\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebn e vjetruar shkollore. Shumica e shkollave nuk ofrojn\u00eb kushte t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara dhe disa ende mb\u00ebshteten n\u00eb mjete m\u00ebsimore t\u00eb tejkaluara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hulumtimi i RrGK-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb realizuar n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me organizatat an\u00ebtare t\u00eb RrGK-s\u00eb, me Ministrin\u00eb e Arsimit, Shkenc\u00ebs, Teknologjis\u00eb dhe Inovacionit (MASHTI) dhe me disa qeveri komunale, me mb\u00ebshtetjen financiare nga Agjencia Austriake p\u00ebr Zhvillim (ADC) dhe Suedia.
