We are anticipating that the workshop attendees will arrive to Prishtina anytime between 12-14 April 2026 (depending on available flights from home country) and will be departing Prishtina anytime between 18-20 April 2026 (depending on available flights to return to home country).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Accommodation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>35 single rooms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meals:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cost per person per breakfast (if in addition to the accommodation; if included in accommodation, please state this);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost per person per lunch;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost per person per dinner;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accommodation per person per night for up to 35\u202frooms and approximately 5 nights per room (the precise number of rooms will be confirmed at a later date and a couple participants may arrive earlier or later; therefore, please provide the cost per night per person).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meals should include options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conference Room:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cost per day for a meeting room for approximately 35 participants;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost per day for a larger, spacious meeting room;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost for sound system and if it is available;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost per person for catering services for coffee\/tea and small snacks during breaks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment (optional: please indicate availability and cost for each): projector, screen, audio system, 2\u20134 wireless handheld microphones, podium, Wi-Fi for all participants, water for speakers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additionally, please include in your quotation\u202fthe following information:\u202f\u202f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Whether you will provide any of the services mentioned at no cost, or a discounted\u202fprice;\u202f\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Until which date the final number of participants must be confirmed for\u202faccommodation;\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your policy for last minute cancellations\u202fon accommodations and meals;\u202fand any affiliated charges\u202ffor such\u202fchanges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We invite you to send your offers in accordance with the enclosed Tender Dossier.
