Por nj\u00eb tem\u00eb q\u00eb ndikon drejtp\u00ebrdrejt n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme, p\u00eblqimi seksual, mungon krejt\u00ebsisht n\u00eb tekstet shkollore dhe or\u00ebt m\u00ebsimore. Edhe pse t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb p\u00ebrballen \u00e7do dit\u00eb me rreziqe t\u00eb ngacmimit, dhun\u00ebs dhe keqinformimit, edukimi seksual vazhdon t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb e kurrikul\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Si rezultat, shum\u00eb adoleshent\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn pa njohurit\u00eb themelore q\u00eb u nevojiten p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar autonomin\u00eb trupore, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur kufij t\u00eb sigurt ose p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar ndihm\u00eb kur di\u00e7ka nuk shkon mir\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ojq \u201cFollow Up\u201d kishte v\u00ebrejtur prej koh\u00ebsh pasojat e k\u00ebtij boshll\u00ebku. Gjat\u00eb aktiviteteve t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme me t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, organizata zbuloi se rreth 90% e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve nuk e dinin \u00e7far\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton p\u00eblqimi seksual, shpesh duke e ngat\u00ebrruar me \u201cp\u00eblqim\u201d n\u00eb kuptimin e t\u00ebrheqjes, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb termit n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme. Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit gjithashtu shpreh\u00ebn se nuk e kishin hasur kurr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koncept n\u00eb asnj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb, as n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb e as n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vler\u00ebsimi i M\u00ebnyr\u00ebs se si P\u00eblqimi Trajtohet n\u00eb Klasa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u2019iu qasur k\u00ebtij problemi, \u201cFollow Up\u201d nisi nj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb kuptimit t\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs se si p\u00eblqimi seksual shfaqet n\u00eb materialet shkollore dhe praktikat m\u00ebsimore, si dhe t\u00eb identifikimit t\u00eb ndryshimeve t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u2019u siguruar q\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u00eb marrin njohuri t\u00eb sakta dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr mosh\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hapi i par\u00eb ishte analiza e detajuar e teksteve t\u00eb klasave 10, 11 dhe 12. Rezultatet zbuluan nj\u00eb model t\u00eb qart\u00eb se asnj\u00eb tekst nuk p\u00ebrmbante m\u00ebsime t\u00eb dedikuara p\u00ebr edukimin seksual ose p\u00eblqimin, dhe p\u00ebrmbajtjet mbeteshin kryesisht teorike, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb trajtonin tema t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme q\u00eb lidhen me adoleshent\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFollow Up\u201d gjithashtu intervistoi m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb edukat\u00ebs qytetare nga disa shkollat e mesme t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs. Asnj\u00ebri prej tyre nuk ishte i njohur me termin \u201cp\u00eblqim seksual\u201d para intervist\u00ebs. Pasi u shpjegua koncepti, ata pranuan r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e tij, por than\u00eb se nuk e kishin trajtuar kurr\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnie pasi nuk gjendet n\u00eb kurrikul\u00eb. Shumica e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve shpreh\u00ebn gatishm\u00ebri p\u00ebr ta trajtuar k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen, por theksuan se do t\u2019u duhej trajnim adekuat p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt dhe profesionale. M\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebset femra raportuan se kishin d\u00ebgjuar raste t\u00eb ngacmimit seksual nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e tyre, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit meshkuj than\u00eb se nuk kishin hasur raportime t\u00eb tilla, duke reflektuar ndryshime n\u00eb at\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit ndihen rehat t\u00eb zbulojn\u00eb. Disa m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs gjithashtu vler\u00ebsuan se prind\u00ebrit mund t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtonin p\u00ebrfshirjen e temave t\u00eb tilla, duke pasqyruar tabut\u00eb shoq\u00ebrore rreth edukimit seksual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>V\u00ebzhgimi i Normave Gjinore n\u00eb Praktikat e P\u00ebrditshme M\u00ebsimore<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFollow Up\u201d v\u00ebzhgoi gjithashtu or\u00eb m\u00ebsimore p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb se si zhvillohej procesi n\u00eb praktik\u00eb. V\u00ebzhgimet treguan se vajzat dhe djemt\u00eb merrnin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb balancuar dhe se klasat ofronin nj\u00eb atmosfer\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr diskutim. Megjithat\u00eb, u vun\u00eb re modele t\u00eb shpeshta t\u00eb komunikimit t\u00eb gjinorizuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit nxisnin pjes\u00ebmarrjen me shprehje t\u00eb tilla si \u201chajde vajz\u00eb\u201d ose \u201co djal\u00eb\u201d, dhe p\u00ebrdornin fraza t\u00eb ndryshme disiplinimi n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb gjinis\u00eb s\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, rolet drejtuese p\u00ebrmendeshin vazhdimisht me tituj t\u00eb gjinis\u00eb mashkullore, si \u201ckryeministri\u201d ose \u201cdeputeti\u201d, duke forcuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptuar iden\u00eb e udh\u00ebheqjes mashkullore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shnd\u00ebrrimi i Gjetjeve n\u00eb Ndryshim Dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebtij procesi, \u201cFollow Up\u201d krijoi pasqyr\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb evidenc\u00eb mbi m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si p\u00eblqimi seksual adresoh\u00ebt, ose nuk adresoh\u00ebt fare, n\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn m\u00ebsimore t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb shkollave t\u00eb mesme n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. Gjetjet u p\u00ebrmbledh\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje politikash p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur dialogun institucional dhe avokimin e ardhsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb faz\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb projektit, \u201cFollow Up\u201d n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Rrjetin e Grave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs zhvilloi nj\u00eb trajnim interaktiv me m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, duke trajtuar \u00e7\u00ebshtjet dhe boshll\u00ebqet e identifikuara gjat\u00eb v\u00ebzhgimeve n\u00eb klasa dhe intervistave. Po ashtu, u organizua nj\u00eb tryez\u00eb e rrumbullak\u00ebt me pjes\u00ebmarrjen e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve nga Drejtoria Komunale e Arsimit, Qendra p\u00ebr Pun\u00eb Sociale dhe Mekanizmi Komunal Koordinues kund\u00ebr dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje, ku u ndan\u00eb gjetjet kryesore dhe rekomandimet nga p\u00ebrmbledhja e politikave, si dhe u avokua p\u00ebr nj\u00eb diskutim m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb publik mbi nevoj\u00ebn e p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb edukimit seksual n\u00eb kurrikul\u00ebn shkollore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duke dokumentuar boshll\u00ebqet dhe duke evidentuar nevojat e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve, \u201cFollow Up\u201d ka hapur rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebr trajtimin e p\u00eblqimit seksual n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb informuar dhe t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb prova. N\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri ku heshtja rreth dhun\u00ebs seksuale vazhdon t\u00eb d\u00ebmtoj\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, ky projekt p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nj\u00eb hap t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm drejt krijimit t\u00eb klasave ku njohuria, respekti dhe autonomia jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e \u00e7do p\u00ebrvoje m\u00ebsimore tek secili nx\u00ebn\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nisma e Follow Up \u201cAnaliza e Kurrikul\u00ebs Shkollore dhe e Formave Edukuese mbi P\u00eblqimin Seksual n\u00eb Shkolla t\u00eb Mesme\u201d u realizua me mb\u00ebshtetjen e Fondit t\u00eb Grave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (FGK), i Rrjetit t\u00eb Grave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (RrGK), financuar nga Agjencia Austriake p\u00ebr Zhvillim (ADA) dhe bashk\u00ebfinancuar nga Agjencia Suedeze p\u00ebr Bashk\u00ebpunim dhe Zhvillim Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar (Sida), n\u00eb shum\u00ebn prej 14,900\u20ac nga Qershori deri n\u00eb N\u00ebntor t\u00eb vitit 2023 dhe nga Janari deri n\u00eb Dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 2024.
