Edhe pse kjo qasje ka qen\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb norm\u00eb, ajo shpesh l\u00eb pak hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr diskutim, kuriozitet dhe p\u00ebrfshirje aktive. P\u00ebr shum\u00eb m\u00ebsues, mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e kufizuara p\u00ebr zhvillim profesional e b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb zbatimin e metodave t\u00eb reja, edhe kur kan\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb. Me kalimin e koh\u00ebs, kjo ndikon jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si zhvillohen or\u00ebt m\u00ebsimore, por edhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb procesin e t\u00eb nx\u00ebnit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebrmes nism\u00ebs \u201cVeprim p\u00ebr promovimin e arsimit cil\u00ebsor\u201d, e zbatuar nga Ura Sociale, m\u00ebsuesit, shkollat dhe institucionet lokale u bashkuan p\u00ebr t\u00eb eksploruar nj\u00eb qasje ndryshe \u2013 nj\u00eb qasje ku nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit nuk jan\u00eb thjesht t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb klas\u00eb, por pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs aktiv\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e t\u00eb nx\u00ebnit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ura Sociale punoi ngusht\u00eb me n\u00ebnt\u00eb m\u00ebsues nga tri shkolla t\u00eb mesme n\u00eb Vushtrri, si dhe me drejtor\u00ebt e shkollave dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga Drejtoria Komunale e Arsimit. Edhe pse m\u00ebsuesit ishin pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit e drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb, rreth 370 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs u ndikuan nga ndryshimet q\u00eb u reflektuan n\u00eb klasat e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si hap i par\u00eb, v\u00ebzhgimet n\u00eb klas\u00eb ofruan nj\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb t\u00eb praktikave t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies. Or\u00ebt ishin t\u00eb strukturuara dhe informative, por pjes\u00ebmarrja e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve ishte e kufizuar. Tema si barazia gjinore, stereotipet apo marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet \u2013 edhe pse t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit \u2013 trajtoheshin rrall\u00eb n\u00eb thell\u00ebsi, nd\u00ebrsa m\u00ebsuesit shprehnin pasiguri se si t\u2019u qaseshin k\u00ebtyre temave. K\u00ebto gjetje form\u00ebsuan hapat e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00eb bashku me partner\u00ebt, u zhvillua nj\u00eb modul trajnimi i bazuar n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb po ndodhte realisht n\u00eb klasa. Gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00ebtorie t\u00eb dedikuar, m\u00ebsuesit eksploruan m\u00ebnyra praktike p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb or\u00ebt m\u00eb interaktive dhe m\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse. Ata diskutuan se si normat gjinore mund t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb nx\u00ebnit, si t\u00eb njihen dhe t\u00eb sfidohen stereotipet dhe si t\u00eb krijohet nj\u00eb ambient n\u00eb klas\u00eb ku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit ndihen t\u00eb sigurt p\u00ebr t\u00eb folur dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb. Ndryshimi nuk ndodhi brenda nat\u00ebs, por ishte i duksh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb muajt q\u00eb pasuan, m\u00ebsuesit filluan t\u00eb testojn\u00eb qasje t\u00eb reja. Diskutimet n\u00eb grupe u b\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb shpeshta, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit u inkurajuan t\u00eb shprehnin mendimet e tyre dhe or\u00ebt u b\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb dinamike. Kur klasat u riv\u00ebzhguan nga Ura Sociale, u v\u00ebrejt nj\u00eb ndryshim i duksh\u00ebm \u2013 jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb metodat e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies, por edhe n\u00eb atmosfer\u00ebn e klas\u00ebs. Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit ishin m\u00eb t\u00eb angazhuar, m\u00eb kurioz\u00eb dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nj\u00eb m\u00ebsuese e p\u00ebrshkroi k\u00ebt\u00eb ndryshim thjesht: \u201cTani i p\u00ebrfshij nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit shum\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr. Mundohem t\u2019i b\u00ebj or\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebndshme dhe e shoh dallimin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si ata reagojn\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebrmes bashk\u00ebpunimit me Drejtorin\u00eb Komunale t\u00eb Arsimit, projekti i shnd\u00ebrroi k\u00ebto p\u00ebrvoja n\u00eb gjetje konkrete. Nj\u00eb raport i detajuar p\u00ebrmblodhi v\u00ebzhgimet, sfidat dhe rekomandimet, duke ofruar udh\u00ebzime praktike p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e praktikave t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies dhe forcimin e politikave arsimore p\u00ebrtej koh\u00ebzgjatjes s\u00eb nism\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00ebto gjetje u ndan\u00eb m\u00eb pas n\u00eb nj\u00eb takim avokues me zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb arsimit, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs shkollash dhe an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb komunitetit. P\u00ebr shum\u00eb prej tyre, kjo ishte hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb shihnin d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb qarta dhe lokale q\u00eb lidhin metodat e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies me motivimin dhe performanc\u00ebn e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si\u00e7 u shpreh nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga Drejtoria e Arsimit: \u201cTani mund t\u00eb shohim qart\u00eb se si praktikat e mira t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies ndikojn\u00eb tek nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb baz\u00eb mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebn mund t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb punojm\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb se projekti kontribuoi edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb ndryshim m\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb: n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si kuptohet dhe trajtohet gjinia n\u00eb arsim. Duke mb\u00ebshtetur m\u00ebsuesit q\u00eb t\u00eb angazhohen me tema si stereotipet, barazia dhe p\u00ebrfshirja, klasat u shnd\u00ebrruan n\u00eb hap\u00ebsira ku nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit mund t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebpyetje normat dhe t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb mendim kritik p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn p\u00ebrreth tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb n\u00eb Vushtrri tregon se ndryshimi n\u00eb arsim nuk fillon gjithmon\u00eb me reforma t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb, ai nis me nj\u00eb m\u00ebsues q\u00eb b\u00ebn nj\u00eb pyetje m\u00eb shum\u00eb, fton nj\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb flas\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb, apo provon nj\u00eb qasje t\u00eb re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nisma \u201cVeprim p\u00ebr promovimin e arsimit cil\u00ebsor\u201d e organizat\u00ebs Ura Sociale u realizua me mb\u00ebshtetjen e Fondit t\u00eb Grave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (FGK) t\u00eb Rrjetit t\u00eb Grave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (RrGK), e financuar nga Agjencia Austriake p\u00ebr Zhvillim (ADA) dhe bashk\u00ebfinancuar nga Agjencia Suedeze p\u00ebr Bashk\u00ebpunim dhe Zhvillim Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar (Sida), me shum\u00ebn prej 9,926\u20ac, nga janari 2024 deri n\u00eb dhjetor 2024.
