Gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb konsultimit publik, Rrjeti i Grave t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (RrGK) ka ofruar komente t\u00eb detajuara me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb forcimit t\u00eb perspektiv\u00ebs gjinore t\u00eb Strategjis\u00eb dhe sigurimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjes m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb grave dhe komuniteteve t\u00eb margjinalizuara brenda sistemit arsimor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rekomandimet e RrGK-s\u00eb u fokusuan n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb ndjeshme gjinore, rritjen e dukshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb p\u00ebrvojave t\u00eb vajzave n\u00eb arsim dhe adresimin e barrierave me t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrballen f\u00ebmij\u00ebt nga komunitetet e cenueshme, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht f\u00ebmij\u00ebt rom, ashkali dhe egjiptian. P\u00ebrmes komenteve t\u00eb tij, RrGK theksoi se politikat arsimore duhet t\u00eb njohin m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si rolet gjinore, normat shoq\u00ebrore dhe pabarazit\u00eb ekonomike ndikojn\u00eb ndryshe n\u00eb qasjen n\u00eb arsim p\u00ebr grat\u00eb, burrat, vajzat dhe djemt\u00eb. Af\u00ebrsisht 50% e komenteve t\u00eb RrGK-s\u00eb u reflektuan n\u00eb versionin final t\u00eb miratuar, duke kontribuar n\u00eb krijimin e nj\u00eb Strategji m\u00eb gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr shembull, RrGK rekomandoi p\u00ebrdorimin e terminologjis\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ndjeshme gjinore dhe sociologjikisht m\u00eb t\u00eb sakt\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Strategjin\u00eb, duke sugjeruar p\u00ebrdorimin e termave si \u201cgra\/burra\u201d dhe \u201cvajza\/djem\u201d n\u00eb vend t\u00eb termave \u201cfemra\/mashkull\u201d. Ky rekomandim u p\u00ebrfshi plot\u00ebsisht n\u00eb versionin final t\u00eb Strategjis\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RrGK gjithashtu theksoi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e mbledhjes dhe prezantimit t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb arsim t\u00eb ndara sipas gjinis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsis\u00eb etnike. N\u00eb draftin e Strategjis\u00eb, statistikat lidhur me braktisjen e shkoll\u00ebs nga komunitetet rom\u00eb, ashkali dhe egjiptian\u00eb nuk b\u00ebnin dallim t\u00eb qart\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet vajzave dhe djemve. Pas rekomandimit t\u00eb RrGK-s\u00eb, Strategjia finale specifikon se nga 67 nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit q\u00eb kishin braktisur shkoll\u00ebn, 28 ishin vajza dhe 39 ishin djem. Ky ndryshim ndihmon institucionet t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb se si pabarazit\u00eb gjinore dhe sociale ndikojn\u00eb ndryshe n\u00eb rezultatet arsimore, duke mb\u00ebshtetur hartimin e politikave m\u00eb t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb d\u00ebshmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eb tej, RrGK rekomandoi realizimin e analizave m\u00eb t\u00eb thelluara lidhur me p\u00ebrfshirjen e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve rom, ashkali dhe egjiptian n\u00eb edukimin n\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebrin\u00eb e hershme, si dhe identifikimin e faktor\u00ebve ekonomik\u00eb dhe social\u00eb q\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtimin e tyre nga sistemi arsimor. Strategjia finale p\u00ebrforcoi qasjen e saj ndaj monitorimit t\u00eb politikave q\u00eb synojn\u00eb rritjen e regjistrimit dhe p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve nga k\u00ebto komunitete n\u00eb arsim, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb edukimin parashkollor ku ata vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb n\u00ebn-p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse jo t\u00eb gjitha rekomandimet u p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb, Strategjia finale e Arsimit reflekton njohje m\u00eb t\u00eb theksuar t\u00eb barazis\u00eb gjinore dhe p\u00ebrfshirjes sociale krahasuar me draftin fillestar.
