Svakako u svakoj kompaniji i preduze\u0107u treba stvoriti radna mesta prilago\u0111ena porodici. To kako bismo u svakoj porodici imali jednakost\u201c, dodala je ona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalje, Fahri Ja\u0161ari iz Direkcije za kulturu, omladinu i sport u Op\u0161tini Mitrovica rekao je da \u0107e preporuke sa ove sesije biti poslate op\u0161tinskim institucijama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eOvde smo zajedno sa predstavnicima javnog sektora i predstavnicima biznisa da razgovaramo i promovi\u0161emo pronala\u017eenje na\u010dina za kreiranje politika prilago\u0111enih porodici koje obezbe\u0111uju ravnote\u017eu izme\u0111u privatnog i poslovnog \u017eivota.
