Napredak u karijeri je tako\u0111e prili\u010dno problemati\u010dan jer neki nagla\u0161avaju da je X vrsta posla samo za mu\u0161karce i \u010desto \u017eene ne napreduju iz ovih razloga\u201c, dodala je ona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/260472919_4673436716049975_8729487351357481076_n-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3352905\" srcset=\"https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/260472919_4673436716049975_8729487351357481076_n-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/260472919_4673436716049975_8729487351357481076_n-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/260472919_4673436716049975_8729487351357481076_n-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/260472919_4673436716049975_8729487351357481076_n-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/260472919_4673436716049975_8729487351357481076_n.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tokom radionice, predstavnici sindikata su razgovarali o najboljim praksama za spre\u010davanje rodno zasnovane diskriminacije na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zjavere Ke\u0107mezi iz Unije nezavisnih sindikata Kosova istakla je da se \u017eene suo\u010davaju sa velikom diskriminacijom na svom radnom mestu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eJedna od tema o kojoj bi trebalo najvi\u0161e da se pri\u010da je seksualno uznemiravanje. Psiholo\u0161ko seksualno uznemiravanje je veoma prisutno kod nas. \u017dene o tome \u0107ute jer su stigmatizovane i prinu\u0111ene da \u0107ute. Zbog toga bi trebalo da se \u017eenama garantuje anonimnost &nbsp;kako bi se prijavljivanje seksualnog uznemiravanja na radnom mestu pobolj\u0161alo\u201c, dodala je ona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalje, Valjmira Ra\u0161iti, koordinatorka projekta M\u017dK, smatra da rodna osetljivost u slu\u010dajevima diskriminacije ne predstavlja kr\u0161enje, naprotiv, poma\u017ee da se slu\u010dajevi bolje re\u0161avaju u sudovima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eTreba garantovati rodnu osetljivost jer uvek postoji strah od objavljivanja slu\u010daja u javnosti i mu\u0161karci se ne pla\u0161e se suo\u010davanja i objavljivanja slu\u010daja, ali \u017eene su razli\u010dite, pa tu rodnu osetljivost treba garantovati\u201c, dodala je ona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrita Rezni\u0107i Arrita Rezniki iz Kosovskog pravnog instituta, koja je pomogla u nekoliko slu\u010dajeva rodno zasnovane diskriminacije na radnom mestu i nadgledala ih u sudskim postupcima, naglasila je va\u017enost saradnje sa M\u017dK-om za bolje re\u0161avanje ovih slu\u010dajeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eIz saradnje koju smo imali sa Mre\u017eom \u017eena Kosova, videli smo koliko je va\u017eno podr\u017eati \u017eene u sudskim postupcima da prijave rodnu zasnovanu diskriminaciju na tr\u017ei\u0161tu rada.
