{"id":3360198,"date":"2023-09-25T07:44:27","date_gmt":"2023-09-25T07:44:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/?p=3360198"},"modified":"2023-10-04T07:45:47","modified_gmt":"2023-10-04T07:45:47","slug":"handikos-mitrovica-obucava-osoblje-da-se-pridrzava-etickog-kodeksa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/sr\/handikos-mitrovica-obucava-osoblje-da-se-pridrzava-etickog-kodeksa\/","title":{"rendered":"Handikos Mitrovica obu\u010dava osoblje da se pridr\u017eava Eti\u010dkog kodeksa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Osoblje Handikos Mitrovica je odr\u017ealo sveobuhvatnu obuku o Eti\u010dkom kodeksu, su\u0161tinskom dokumentu koji postavlja jasne smernice za eti\u010dko pona\u0161anje unutar organizacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obuku je odr\u017eao Handikos Mitrovica, organizacija \u010dlanica Mre\u017ee \u017eena Kosova (M\u017dK), u okviru projekta \u201eEti\u010dki kodeks Handikos Mitrovice\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rita Beri\u0161a, autorka Eti\u010dkog kodeksa i istovremeno trenerica osoblja organizacije Handikos Mitrovica, istakla je klju\u010dni zna\u010daj ovog eti\u010dkog okvira. Ona je rekla da svaki zaposleni u organizaciji treba da razume i primenjuje eti\u010dki kodeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u201eOvaj Eti\u010dki kodeks se zasniva na Zakonu o radu, Zakonu o za\u0161titi od diskriminacije, Zakonu o rodnoj ravnopravnosti i Krivi\u010dnom zakoniku za slu\u010dajeve seksualnog nasilja i uznemiravanja. Eti\u010dki kodeks je razvijen u skladu sa Direktivom EU o ravnote\u017ei izme\u0111u poslovnog i privatnog \u017eivota. Zato smatram da bi o svim promena u Eti\u010dkom kodeksu trebalo biti upoznato celo osoblje\u201c, rekla je Rita Beri\u0161a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-2-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3360199\" srcset=\"https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-2-1024x768.png 1024w, https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-2-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-2-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-2-265x200.png 265w, https:\/\/womensnetwork.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-2.png 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ona smatra da je veoma va\u017eno da se u budu\u0107nosti redovno a\u017eurira poslovnik o radu kako bi bio u&nbsp; potpunosti uskla\u0111en sa Eti\u010dkim kodeksom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U me\u0111uvremenu, Mirvete Hasani, direktorka Handikos Mitrovica, rekla je da je veoma va\u017eno da se osoblju pru\u017ea obuka o Eti\u010dkom kodeksu, jer trenutno osoblju nedostaje takvih informacija<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eSmatram da su to pravila kojima bi trebalo da se pridr\u017eavaju direktorka organizacije, rukovodsvto i svo osoblje.
