The Kosovo Women\u2019s Network (KWN) is seeking a qualified company or individual to design and produce a Public Service Announcement (PSA)<\/strong> aimed at raising public awareness about citizens\u2019 rights related to social protection services<\/strong> and the available mechanisms for reporting rights violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This assignment is part of the EU-funded action \u201cImproving Civil Society Capacities to Enhance Access to Quality Social Protection for Diverse Women and Men\u201d<\/strong>. The action seeks to strengthen civil society\u2019s role in advocating for inclusive and gender-responsive social protection policies while improving access to services for diverse women and men in Kosovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The selected contractor will be responsible for the full creative and technical production<\/strong> of a PSA of approximately 30 seconds<\/strong>, including concept development, scripting, production and post-production. The PSA should inform citizens about their rights related to social protection, encourage reporting of denied or inadequate services and increase the visibility of available complaint and support mechanisms. The final video will be disseminated through public television and online platforms<\/strong> to reach a broad audience across Kosovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The PSA must be produced in Albanian, Serbian and English<\/strong> (through voice-over and\/or subtitles) and comply with EU visibility and communication requirements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The assignment is expected to be completed within up to two months<\/strong> from the date of contract signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
