On 2 June 2026, the Kosovo Women’s Network (KWN) held its second Board meeting of the year, where important issues related to the organisation’s functioning and priorities for the upcoming period were discussed.

During the meeting, KWN expressed its gratitude to Vjosa Dobruna and Xhejrane Lokaj for their contributions during their two-year Board mandate. At the same time, the new Board members, Antigona Baxhaku Idrizi and Tringa Kasemi, as well as the newly appointed honorary member Safete Rogova, were welcomed.

The Board re-elected Nermin Mahmuti for a new two-year term as Chair of the KWN Board. Board members reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the mission of KWN and leading the organisation in advancing women’s rights and gender equality.

This meeting once again reflected the Network’s continous commitment to strengthening the role of women and working towards a shared cause.
