Gjyljeta Mushkolaj is a professor of law at the University of Pristina and a corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Kosovo. She was a judge of the first generation of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo and contributed to drafting the Constitution of Kosovo as a member of the Constitutional Commission. With extensive experience in the field of constitutional law and human rights, she has lectured at renowned universities, served in international organisations and received a number of awards for her contributions, including the Presidential Award for the tenth anniversary of Independence and the “Woman Pioneer in the Field of Law” Award.
