Mission:
The mission of EULOC - Organizata për Reforma Lokale (Organization for Local Reform) is Promoting European values in the context of local reforms, in areas such as: human rights (regardless of gender, race, language, religion or political and ethnical background), promotion of community rights and their integration into society, in the process of decision making and cooperation; youth issues and the promotion of good governance at the municipal level in the context of meeting the European criteria and promoting them. The organization aims to improve policies in favor of increasing transparency and accountability of local government; to strengthen the role and participation of citizens in decision-making processes, promote dialogue between neighboring municipalities on joint projects and cooperation.
