Mission:
The mission of the Organization Parajsa Jonë (Our Paradise) is to support and assist the economic development and empowerment of women and girls from rural areas of Kosovo who are unemployed. Our paradise aims to achieve its mission by building the capacity of women through training and providing opportunities for sales and economic and social development.

The organization provides training in horticulture. Afterward, women cultivate healing and aromatic plants, seedlings and pine, fruits and vegetables, as well as make handmade products. All products are sold in fairs and markets. The organization also advocates for women’s rights as a member of the Women Caucus.
