Qendra Kosovare për Rehabilitimin e të Mbijetuarve të Torturës (QKRMT) (Kosova Rehabilitation Center for Torture Victims)

Mission: The Kosova Rehabilitation Center for Tortured Victims (KRCT) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 1999 with the mission to provide treatment and rehabilitation for victims of torture. KRCT continuously works on capacity building for its staff and the public sector on providing services related to torture and trauma issues. KRCT is also committed to the promotion and respect of human rights for all ethnicities in Kosovo and in the prevention and eradication of torture and any form of abuse.

Area of expertise: Health, Psychosocial Assistance / Rehabilitation / Reintegration
Activities: Provides medical, psychological, psychiatric and social services, legal support, advocacy, research and systematic monitoring of detention facilities and mental health facilities in Kosovo.
